Commercial Painting Projects

Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of doing interior painting and touch ups for a number of Kadlec facilities.

These guys provide such great care. We’re thrilled to have been the painter of choice for multiple DaVita Kidney Care Clinics.

We love working with new and upcoming businesses in our community, and watching the area grow! We really enjoyed painting the full interior of the new RedWing Shoes store on Queensgate in Richland and bringing a big smile to the face of the manager!

What a great time we had painting the exterior of the Motel 6 in Kennewick (previously Days Inn). We even painted the handrails. By the time we were done, it looked like a whole new building. We love these projects!

We had a fun time painting the full interior—from top to bottom—of the new Maverick gas station on Clearwater in Kennewick. We also painted safety bollards on the exterior of the facility.

We worked with Jeff and Lisa to choose a color scheme that worked well with the carpet and other finishes and to create a custom design. We primed and painted the walls throughout the building and created the custom graphic in the lobby. We also painted multiple colors in doorways, bathrooms, and doors and surrounds.…

We enjoyed being a part of the Maurices going into Columbia Center Mall. We helped bring the space to life with painting all walls and ceilings on the sales floor, bathrooms, and fitting rooms as well as doors. We also installed wallpaper in the fitting rooms and areas where needed.

For Massage Envy, we painted the full interior (stairwells, waiting rooms, lobby, massage rooms, bathrooms, etc.) and added multiple accent colors. For the exterior, we stained the T&G ceilings and painted the exterior metal beams and awnings.

We were involved in the construction process for two of the Costa Vida locations here in Tri-Cities. We painted the interior multiple colors to create the vibrant atmosphere using paint that is easily cleaned in the kitchen. We also painted doors and surrounds with industrial coatings.

We were thrilled to be part of the construction process at The Rock restaurant. Our work consisted of interior painting, including the DryFall (industrial coating) on the ceiling. Interior work also included applying wallpaper and installing murals. We also painted the exterior of the building, giving it the rustic look everyone loves!
