Our initial consultation includes a thorough evaluation of your project. We consider the type of materials we are top coating, the condition of your siding, the products to be used to complete your job, and the ability of those products to hold up against Mother Nature. We take the time to discuss with you the best process, the available product options, and any repairs that may be required.
Based on the initial consultation, we'll develop a detailed estimate and send it to you via email. Upon acceptance of the estimate, we'll determine a starting date that suits your schedule.
Thorough prep is the foundation of a long-lasting paint job. Each project is different and requires several steps to prepare for paint. This includes power washing to remove contaminants, sanding, scraping, caulking, priming, spackling and wood filler as needed, masking to protect surfaces not being painted, and shielding to prevent overspray.

We will treat your home and personal belongings with the utmost respect while we are performing our work. Upon completion of the project, the working areas will be picked up, wiped down, and returned to their original condition.

After consulting with you on your project, we’ll provide you with a written estimate that fully describes the planned prep work, including any requested repairs. The description will verify exactly where primers will be used and the colors you’ve chosen for each specific surface, such as fascia, soffit, or an accent wall. Your estimate includes all labor and materials needed to complete the project.
Inside or out, as part of our painting service, our experienced prep team removes peeling paint, caulks nail holes, fills cracks and imperfections, and primes surfaces. Fresh caulk helps protect your windows, doors, and joints, and provides a fresh appearance.
Light fixtures, ceiling fans, vents, ceiling speakers, wood floors, concrete pads, windows, doors, and outdoor shrubs are all safely covered to protect them from paint particles.
We take great pride in our work and want to make sure you’re happy with the long-lasting results, which is why we offer a 2-year warranty on all our workmanship. It’s rare with our work, but should paint peel, caulk crack, or wallpaper roll, give us a call so we can make it right.
